ASWAY LTD uses service providers acting on its behalf to operate Voiced. Infrastructure providers are listed by name; speech-recognition and AI model providers are described by category because we continually test and adjust models. Current provider and processing-region information is maintained on this page.

Sign-in, payment, account and support data are processed according to their respective purposes and retention periods. This is distinct from zero-retention processing of audio and text for an individual request. Third-party sign-in or payment services may also process data for their own legal obligations and independent services.
2. Speech recognition and AI models
None of the providers we currently use is established in mainland China. When selecting speech recognition and AI service providers, we consider where they are established and where they process data. Our selection principles seek to avoid providers established in mainland China and the processing of relevant data within mainland China.

We require providers processing audio and text for the current request to follow synchronous zero-retention and no-training purpose restrictions. Account, usage, payment and support content you voluntarily provide are managed under their respective retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
3. Processing regions
ASWAY LTD is a UK company. In providing the service, data may be processed in countries or regions outside your location. The regions used for network transmission, account storage, payments, and audio and text processing may differ. Where cross-border transfer safeguards are required by law, we apply the applicable safeguards under Section 10 of the Privacy Policy. You can contact us for more information.
4. Changes
This page provides the supplementary information referenced in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy. We may add or replace providers for service, security, quality or operational needs. Where the data uses and protection commitments in the Privacy Policy remain unchanged, we provide current information by updating this page; we do not send a separate email solely because a provider is added or replaced. If a change materially affects your rights, data use or protection, we provide advance notice through an appropriate channel under Section 19 and obtain consent where required by law.
